Whether you wear braces, aligners, or retainers OrthoChews are easy to use and designed to help alleviate discomfort and pain during orthodontic treatment.  

ALIGNERS OR RETAINERS
  • Step 1

    Choose a firm or soft OrthoChew. While wearing your trays, place the OrthoChew in your mouth to target a problem area.

  • Step 2

    Repeatedly bite down gently to relieve discomfort and ensure a snug aligner fit. Use up to 6 times daily for 1-2 minutes.

The Aligner Removal Tool
  • Step 1

    The aligner removal tool has two unique ends and functions. The curved end of the removal tool is designed to safely assist with the removal of aligners while the smooth end of the removal tool can be used to hold an OrthoChew in place in the mouth.

  • Step 2

    Removing Aligners

    Hook the curved end of the aligner removal tool onto the inside edges of the back of your aligners and pull until it comes loose. Then remove the loosened aligners with your fingers.

  • Step 3

    Secure A Chew

    Choose a firm or soft OrthoChew and place it onto the smooth end of the tool. Use the tool to hold the chew exactly where you want it in your mouth, and repeatedly bite down gently to relieve discomfort or help seat your trays.
